Nina McIntyre Joins ATG as Chief Marketing Officer

Thursday 05. February 2009 - Software Industry Veteran Brings Track Record of Market Growth and SaaS Marketing Leadership

ATG (Art Technology Group, Inc., NASDAQ: ARTG, www.atg.com), the premier provider of e-commerce solutions, today announced that it has appointed Nina McIntyre as senior vice president of marketing and chief marketing officer, reporting directly to ATG’s president and chief executive officer, Bob Burke. In her new position, McIntyre will be responsible for providing strategic marketing direction and will oversee the execution of ATG’s overall marketing and field marketing activities.

“Nina has a strong track record of marketing success within the software industry,” said Bob Burke, ATG’s president and CEO. “Her experience building industry leadership by identifying market trends and anticipating and meeting customer needs will help ATG further extend its leadership position in the e-commerce industry.”

Prior to joining ATG, McIntyre served as senior vice president of marketing at Authoria, where she established the company as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) leader in the rapidly growing talent management category.

Before her time at Authoria, McIntyre was vice president of marketing at Kubi Software, where she launched an award-winning e-mail collaboration product line. As a member of the founding management team and executive vice president of Worldwide Marketing and Strategic Alliances at Centive, McIntyre helped define the Enterprise Incentive Management market category and played an instrumental role in the sales and marketing success of the SaaS sales compensation management company in the US and Europe.

McIntyre also held senior executive positions at Invention Machine, where she served as chief operating officer, and at Lotus/IBM, where she acted as general manager and oversaw the $200 million calendaring and scheduling product line.
