Canon U.S.A. Recognizes MTS Software Solutions as Their Largest IFS Dealer in the United States

MTS Software Solutions (MTS) and their operating units AMI Imaging, Mt. Laurel, NJ, and PMI Imaging Systems, Pompano Beach, FL, announced today that they have received Canon U.S.A., Inc.’s recognition as the #1 dealer for their Image Filing Systems Division (IFS) for 2008. MTS, who also received the award in 2007, had an increase in sales revenue of over 40% in 2008.

Canon’s IFS Division, a leader in digital document imaging and office solutions, specializes in micrographic equipment as well as document and high-speed check scanners. Many of their solutions are sold through their 94 dealers in the U.S., including MTS, who has been an authorized Canon dealer since 1981. MTS provides sales, service, and support for all Canon equipment that they market.

“A lot of work goes into the sales and service of our scanning solutions and we are very proud to be Canon’s top IFS dealer in the US,” said Gary Schwartz, President, MTS Software Solutions, “and to do it not once, but two years in a row, is quite a feat, especially with the number of authorized dealers and software vendors across the United States.”

The success of MTS is due in part to their vast experience with hardware and software in the check and document scanner marketplace, where they analyze a client’s needs and recommend a solution that will best fit those needs. “We are not just in the business of selling a scanner, MTS provides a scanning solution,” added Schwartz.
