J. Kärkkäinen Oy to install Anygraaf systems
Wednesday 24. December 2008 - Shopping Centre Developer to automate production of sales publication
J. Kärkkäinen Oy, developer and owner of Finland’s largest privately owned shopping centres, has selected Anygraaf’s Doris32 asset management and publishing production system to fulfill its publishing needs. Anygraaf’s advertising, circulation and distribution management software will also be installed.
The installation includes the Doris32 asset management and publishing production system, the AProfit ad management system and the CProfit sales and distribution system. The software will be used to produce the company’s Isomagneetti sales flyer for their Iso shopping centre. The publication has a circulation of roughly 250,000 and is published every other week.
The Doris32 system includes integrated archiving and management for many document types including articles, images, pages and graphics as well as audio and video clips. Doris32 is a multi-channel production system, allowing for a write once, publish many environment, letting users easily and effortlessly manage content for print and electronic media at the same time.
AProfit offers complete functionality for booking, billing and tracking ads. Ad order entry and ad tracking are managed within a system that integrates with asset management and page and edition planning solutions. AProfit delivers time savings and offers customers greater access with capabilities to book ads, submit material and approve proofs via the Internet. AProfit lets users book, track and plan ad placement from one common system.
CProfit is a sales and distribution system that allows publications to administer all subscription, delivery and customer information via one interface. It provides semi-automated customer maintenance and all subscription input is guided by default values that can be tailored for each publication’s needs. CProfit integrates with the AProfit ad management suite allowing AProfit to handle all of the billing for subscriptions entered in CProfit.
Installation is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2008.
