AMNE in Discussion With Other Distributors

Friday 19. December 2008 - American Green Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMNE) is pleased to announce that it has been introduced to other distributors and proprietary manufacturers through Paradigm Systems.

AMNE’s goal is to identify small to medium sized companies within the chemical distribution and manufacturing industry and consolidate them into one company, Eco-Built Systems, LLC, AMNE’s wholly owned subsidiary.
Paradigm Polymers will be the first company and through the introductions of Gary Gray AMNE is now in discussions with several other companies that complement Paradigm’s current operations. By using economies of scale these companies would be integrated and increase profit margins by utilizing the distribution networks for the manufactures, which could be done under several different private labels.
