Microsoft Declares Quarterly Dividend

Friday 12. December 2008 - Dividend of $0.13 per share payable in March.

Microsoft Corp. today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share. The dividend is payable March 12, 2009 to shareholders of record on February 19, 2009. The ex-dividend date will be February 17, 2009.
