CORRECTION: Power USA, Inc. Announces Action Against Scandinavian Press

Monday 08. December 2008 - Media Power USA, Inc. ("Media Power"), a provider of proprietary mobile phone software, connecting advertisers directly to consumers via ARL technology, today stated it continues to monitor conditions in Denmark regarding IT Factory and the recent unfavorable details associated with its bankruptcy.

In the effort of safeguarding its interests, Media Power USA, Inc. has instructed its counsel to initiate and enforce all legal recourses available in Denmark to ensure the company’s protection against damages incurred by recent false publications regarding Media Power USA, Inc.’s association with IT Factory.

Today, on the advice of its Danish counsel, Media Power USA, Inc. has initiated its first step in legal proceedings against the publications. Counsel has contacted and put on notice “Computer World Denmark, Borsen and Ekstra Bladet” and its related parties for the slanderous and defaming content appearing in their recent publication.

Media Power USA, Inc. will continue to monitor press reports and will, without hesitation, take legal action against those who perpetuate false information about Media Power USA, Inc. and/or any of its affiliate companies.

Currently, Media Power USA, Inc. is proactive in its approach regarding the IPR inventory of IT Factory. It is in communication with the appointed Liquidators and IBM, in the effort of minimizing damages incurred by the recent events to other innocent businesses.

Media Power USA, Inc. has announced that they will conduct an audit of the business relationship with IT Factory. This will be performed by a nationally recognized independent public accounting firm. Rich Jenkins CEO said “We are determined to demonstrate that the internal controls over financial reporting between Media Power and IT Factory are in good order on our part.” He continued “The allegations of wrongdoing involving IT Factory and its Executive Office holders has absolutely nothing to do with us. We appreciate the co-operation and assistance we are receiving from both IT Factory’s liquidators and IBM and we look forward to making further announcements in due course.
