Tuesday 25. November 2008 - The Bopack necklabel is just the ticket for responding rapidly to changes or special situations in the global marketplace. Until recently, producers of alcoholic beverages, soft drinks or household products had to plan their promotional campaigns well in advance.
The label that would go around the bottle or the flacon had to be printed and then applied onto the product,… all this could take several weeks. Thanks to the Bopack necklabel, the gain of time is considerable: a promotional campaign can be implemented and introduced almost instantly, for the process to attach the label can now be fully automated.
The necklabel is the ideal solution to convey extra information and make it readily accessible to the consumer. The main advantage is the significant gain in time: this new necklabel – around the neck of a bottle – can be automatically applied in an instant thanks to the dry-peel laminate film. Previously, such labels had to be applied manually and that procedure could take up to 3 weeks in some cases. Now, thanks to Bopacks innovation, the neck label can be easily integrated into the production process without affecting the speed and throughput of the production line.
Made from 120 gram/m², two-sided white carton, the label is printed (one- or two-sided) in UV flexo, as per the customers particular needs or preferences. Thanks to the Bopack solution, your sales promotions will catch the eye and the product will stand out from the competition. At the end of the promotional campaign, the neck label can be removed just as swiftly as it went on, without damaging the original package. Cardboard tags attached with cords, excessive costs for their application and weeks of waiting before seeing the promotion in the stores, are now definitely things of the past.
