China Bottles Inc. Names J. John Cheng Chief Executive Officer
Thursday 20. November 2008 - China Bottles Inc. ("China Bottles" or "The Company") (BULLETIN BOARD: CBTT) , a leading plastic packaging solutions and plastic bottle production equipment company in the People's Republic of China, today announced it appointed Mr. J. John Cheng as chief executive officer effective November 15, 2008. Mr. Chonghui Zhao, the former CEO and CFO will remain as chief financial officer and general manager of China Bottles.
Mr. J. John Cheng has been involved in the packaging industry for almost twenty years and has held various senior management positions throughout the global packaging industry, including beverages and cosmetics. In 1989, he led the technical team in PET plastics mold and machinery development with FMT Corp., where he patented 18 separate packaging designs and processes. Between 1996 and 2000, Mr. Cheng served as a director and led the global plastics technology R&D team for Crown Cork and Seal in the US. Since then he also served as a director of business development for Constar International in the US, and V.P. of Rexam cosmetics in the Asia Pacific region. For the last four years Mr. Cheng has been a group general manager at Great East Package Holdings Ltd., a major packaging company in China.

Mr. Cheng was educated in both China and US and holds a BS and MS in mechanical engineering. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
