IBM Board Approves Quarterly Cash Dividend

Monday 03. November 2008 - The IBM (NYSE: IBM) board of directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per common share, payable December 10, 2008, to stockholders of record November 10, 2008.

With this payment of the December 10 dividend, IBM will have paid 372 consecutive quarterly dividends, starting in 1916.
