JBT Corporation Announces Appointment of New Executive Officer

Monday 29. September 2008 - Kenneth C. Dunn Joins as Vice President and General Counsel

John Bean Technologies Corporation (NYSE:JBT) today announced that Kenneth C. Dunn has been named Vice President and General Counsel, effective October 1st, 2008.

Mr. Dunn brings to JBT Corporation considerable experience in working closely with executive management teams and in leading both business and legal related duties. He recently served as Chief Corporate Development and Strategy Officer for Denver, Colorado-based Qwest Communications International Inc. Previously he held Deputy General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel roles at Qwest, SBC Communications and Ameritech Corporation. He began his legal career working for the Chicago-based law firm of Gardner, Carton & Douglas. Mr. Dunn holds an A.B. degree from Duke University and a J.D from Stanford Law School.
