New Book Details First 100 Years of Buhrs
Thursday 25. September 2008 - Buhrs, the leading international provider of mailing solutionsis celebrating the hundredth anniversary of the Buhrs organization with a new book detailing the history of the company.
Titled Buhrs 100 Years, the 90-page book provides a complete history of how a small machine shop in Zaandam , The Netherlands, grew to become the market leader in sophisticated machines for the high speed handling and wrapping of mail and other printed products.
Buhrs 100 Years is replete with many photographs from the early days of Buhrs, and is expected to become an important reference of the growth of the company and the industry. Written by Erika Prins of Amsterdam , the hardback book is available in both Dutch and English.
