MediaTraks Introduces Internet Yellow Pages Fixed-Fee Advertising Order Management System for Superpages.com

MediaTraks Global LLC today introduced a first-of-its-kind Internet Yellow Pages (IYP) order management system that enables certified marketing representatives (CMRs) to easily order, manage, report and invoice for fixed-fee advertising on Superpages.com(R). The IYP order management platform is available to registered users of the CMR Gateway, MediaTraks’ centralized platform that offers CMRs marketing information and supporting data on Yellow Pages publishers across the U.S.

The CMR Gateway is the only online ordering tool available to CMRs directly linked to Superpages.com. Not only does the Gateway consolidate and make the ordering process more efficient, it also helps the CMR manage, report on and bill for each campaign. In most cases, the CMR is able to send change orders, renewals and deletions, all with a trackable audit trail.
The Gateway’s intuitive dashboard and reporting tool enable CMRs to efficiently view high-level performance data and cross reference that with cost to obtain top line revenue. Information that was previously compiled manually through disparate spreadsheets from multiple publishers on a monthly basis is now consolidated. In addition, CMRs can send professionally formatted PDFs of private-labeled performance reports and invoices via email directly to their clients.
Gateway access requires no third party software and there are no fees to the CMR for placing fixed-fee advertising buys on Superpages.com.
