Heidelberg signs four year Tech-ni-Fold creasing deal

Tuesday 09. September 2008 - I just wanted to let you know that global Giants, Heidelberg will now distribute our Tri-Creaser Fast Fit throughout their 170 Agencies world-wide. During a long series of meetings and negotiatians our company, Tech-ni-Fold agreed a 4 year contract to supply the innovative new creasing attachment for their Heidelberg Stahl range of folding machines.

I am personally delighted because Heidelberg approached me saying they wanted the best creasing solution available on the international market to address the growing demand for finishing enhancements. I am equally pleased that Heidelberg conceded that the Tech-ni-Fold branding should be retained, in other words, they will not re-name the device and launch it as their own. This allows us to freely promote our other products by inserting marketing and promotional literature in each package – this step will greatly benefit our distributorship and bring in extra sales.

Fast Fit is so simple to use

The Tri-Creaser Fast Fit itself breaks new ground with the ingeneous way in which a split rubber creasing ring can be quickly inserted into the mounted device and secured by a locking mechanism . This process is so effective because the two ends of the creasing ring join together perfectly so that letterpress style creasing can be applied without any defect. The heat resistent and softer creasing insert simply penetrates the area that is prone to cracking three times deeper than common steel methods without damaging the stock. This method of creasing is highly effective especially as there are 8 settings to choose from. The in-built colour coding system guarantees trouble free setting with optimum results.
