Dresser-Rand Completes the Acquisition of Arrow Industries

Monday 01. September 2008 - Dresser-Rand Group Inc. ("Dresser-Rand" or the "Company") (NYSE:DRC), a global supplier of rotating equipment, announced today that its subsidiary, Dresser-Rand Services, LLC, has completed the acquisition of Arrow Industries, Inc. ("Arrow Industries" or "Arrow").

The Company issued a news release on August 8, 2008, announcing that its subsidiary had entered into an acquisition agreement to acquire all of the stock of Arrow Industries. Details of the transaction were disclosed at that time.
