Thursday 17. July 2008 - J. Zimmer Maschinenbau GmbH presents live at the ITMA ASIA + CITME 2008, the compact Chromo-JET800 with its new 800 spray nozzle-technology.
The producer of acrylic-blankets can provide with 8 or 12 process colours individual small series up to 50 dpi in high brilliance and TOP-quality. Experience at our exhibition stand B02 (hall E2) “High definition digital blanket printing” with the ChromoJET800.
To be up to the growing standard especially in carpet printing, Zimmer-Austria (Kufstein) presents at the ITMA ASIA + CITME 2008 the ChromoJET800 with its 800 spray nozzle – technology, which prints with process colour print directly onto acrylic-blankets. The hereby reached quality and dye yield can be seen as a milestone in blanket printing. Producers reach a maximum of efficiency. They neednt produce on stock and are able to ship with little effort in short time. They change designs during running production in a matter of seconds and benefit from high resolution and brilliance.
Further the flexibility of the Chromojet800 stands out due to the fact that it has found its place especially in the advertising textile- and advertising carpet industry (Logo & Promotion mats). Also towels can be produced on the same machine. By using standard pigments and binder systems a maximum of originality, a brilliant handle of fabric and lowest printing costs are reached by using this printing technology.
