Detroit Media Partnership Names New Vice President of Digital Sales
Wednesday 02. July 2008 - Detroit Media Partnership is excited to announce the appointment of John Jackson to the position of Vice President Digital Sales.
Mr. Jackson brings over 10 years of Digital Publishing experience to the company. Formerly with Augusta Chronicle, he led the transformation of the newspaper’s traditional print retail department into a multi-media advertising team.
John is on the cutting edge of strategic restructuring within the newspaper industry. He has also distinguished himself as an industry leader with a forward thinking approach to the challenges of the industry. He has been active with the Newspaper Association of America (NAA) as a New Media Fellow, Future Leaders Committee Member, Digital Media Leaders Mentor, Breakthrough Mentor, and Digital Edge Awards Judge. John is often invited to speak at media conventions throughout North America.
