Matan Appoints Eliav Priel Vice President Sales-Barak, for South America, Africa & Middle-East

Monday 19. May 2008 - Matan, the original innovator of the Super-wide Format (SWF) digital printing industry, announces the appointment of Eliav Priel as Vice President Sales-Barak for South America, Middle East & Africa. Eliav will report to Mr. Hanan Yosefi, Matan's President & CEO, and will manage Matan's Sales activities in these regions.

This appointment strengthen Matan’s sales infrastructure, and is part of a larger program to expand its business developments and collaborations in the region, following the latest introduction of the Barak line to Latin America at GOA 2008.
Eliav joined Matan early April and brings with him over 17 years of technical, marketing and sales experience in the printing industry. Prior to joining Matan, Eliav worked at Scitex Corp. Ltd. for 10 years, in different service & support management positions and later on as Sales Director for the Middle East & Africa regions.
He then spent 7 years at Megaink – developer and manufacturer of inks for the wide and super-wide digital printing industries – where he served as Vice President Marketing & Sales for North & South America, Middle East and Africa.
