Friday 23. May 2008 - On occasion of this years leading printing event - DRUPA 2008 in Düsseldorf, Germany - ESC EUROPA-SIEBDRUCKMASCHINEN-CENTRUM show their wide range of screen and digital printing machines.
Apart from the well-known ESC-AT universal screen printing series, the main focus will lie on ESCs successful fully-automatic cylinder screen printing machine ESC-HIGH PRESS S with feeder. Modern electronic control and automatic registration are safeguards for high printing performance of up to 3300 prints per hour, depending on the material and printing size. Automated procedures ensure very short set-up times. Smooth and comfortable operation is carried out via touch screen. The ESC-HIGH PRESS `S´ offers innovative technology while creating low investment costs. This is the reason for being a bestseller in Germany and abroad.
Speedy, profitable and comfortable are the main characteristics of the new digital printing machine ESC-Daytona T600UV, which has been introduced to the German market in the beginning of 2008. This large-format digital flat bed printer represents the ideal solution for industrial applications. A variety of rigid and flexible material with a max. thickness of 50 mm, such as PVC, aluminium, acrylic, styrene, plywood, ceramics, glass, paper, can be printed with UV-inks in 5-colour mode (CMYK + white). The stationary vacuum table holds the media in perfect position during the printing process which is carried out by a modern Fujifilm Dimatix Piezo MEM high resolution print head. The max. printing size is 1210 x 1520 mm. The comfortable equipment of
this high-quality digital printer is completed by an integrated UV curing and automatic print head cleaning.
Individuality is becoming more and more important in the industrial printing sector. With the modular design of the ESC-PERFECTA IC screen washing and reclaiming machines, this fact has successfully been taken into account. As international market leader in the area of automatic screen washing and reclaiming ESC presents its compact version of the InLine system in modular design. Several modules as feeding, washing, dripping, rinsing, reclaiming or finish can be combined according to the customers needs. The DRUPA-visitors will be impressed by the high-grade construction, chemicals and water saving opportunities and, last but not least, by its speed. The substantial reduction of maintenance costs constitutes another advantage for the ESC-Perfecta IC InLine screen washing system.
