Graphisoft and Rhapso new merger

Monday 19. May 2008 - On March 31st 2008, Graphisoft, leader in Management Information Systems for the printing business, merged with Rhapso, a business software vendor for the packaging industry.

The joining of these two teams, with their expertise in the areas of printing and packaging, creates a French leader with strong European positioning. The new, durable entity has the size required these days for the integration of new technology and the competitiveness of software vendors.

Graphisoft is now a subsidiary of Rhapso. The new group thus created has a turnover of 3 million euros and 40 employees: research staff, developers, consultants, training officers, sales representatives, etc. to give you the best possible service. At the same time, the raising of 3.5 million euros will fund massive investment in Research & Development as well as commercial expansion in France and abroad.

This strategic merger will allow us to offer you solutions with even greater performance and improved service. In particular, Rhapso can contribute skills which complement those of Graphisoft in terms of full web technology and optimisation algorithms (combinations, scheduling, etc.). This will enable significant functional improvements to be made.
