Innovatier Files Suit Against Identita Technologies, Inc. and Identita Technologies International SRL for Tortuous Interference of Its License Agreement with CardXX, Inc.

Tuesday 13. May 2008 - Innovatier, Inc., a provider of innovative packaging solutions, has filed suit against Identita Technologies, Inc. and Identita Technologies International SRL for attempting to deprive Innovatier, Inc. of its rights under its licensing agreement with CardXX, Inc.

In its lawsuit, Innovatier is seeking an injunction to prohibit Identita Technologies, Inc. and Identita Technologies International SRL from infringing upon its rights under the licensing agreement.

Carl Anderson, Innovatier’s lead investor, stated, “We will vigorously protect the assets of Innovatier and pursue anyone that impedes our right to do business.” Innovatier’s Executive Vice President, Lawrence J. Keim stated, “It is unfortunate we must take these steps, but as previously stated when filing suit against CardXX, Inc., Innovatier believes third parties may be infringing upon Innovatier’s rights under its licensing agreement with CardXX, and Innovatier intends to assert its rights against third parties, when necessary.”
