Wednesday 07. May 2008 - Adhesive bonding of a thin, perfectly decorated foil on a collapsible aluminium tube
The decoration foil can be printed offset and also embossed. The two components adhesive is applied onto the counterprinted surface of the foil. Therefore the foil protects the printed image after bonding. A protective lacquer isnt necessary any longer. Highly transparent or opal foils are available.
There are no yellowing or other interferences of the printed image by uv rays. Contrary to the thermotransfer process there are no restrictions of decoration of the foil.
