Espera: The complete product range for labelling

May 2008 - On the 250 m² stand ESPERA presented interesting solutions for the product labelling: from simple label print to fully automatic machines this company offers complex applications for the enterprise resource system: with the new software ESPROM NG the weigh price labelling machines are connected with the product management so that an exact registration and control of all goods can be easily and clearly transferred to the PC.

In addition to RFID-solutions for the product identification ESPERA presented latest technologies: e.g. the barcode RSS 14 which provides a higher data density by its multi dimensionality and makes the complete information for batch tracing and declaration of origin readable directly from the product.

Also the Smart labels are more than interesting as they show the shelf life of the product by changing its colour.

The definite highlight on the stand was the multi roller printer as a component of the weigh price labeller series ES 7000 as well as the print & apply machine ES 9000 with a performance of up to 120 packs per minute. The printer is equipped with five cassettes, in order to choose different customer labels and to print without loss of time. Even during the operation of the machine a cassette can be taken out and loaded with a new label roll. Individuality and performance are realised within a confined space – all at a convincing price performance ratio.

A new product series for versatile, exact and fast labelling has been presented by ESPERA with the new ES 1000 series. Labels from the top, from the bottom or wrapped around: These efficient machines work with the well-known ESPERA precision and speed.

Sorters, checkweigher and metal detectors rounded off the product show.
