CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCREDITATION FOR POLESTAR
Monday 03. March 2008 - Polestar Applied Solutions print management business has become the first company within Polestar to gain PAS 75 accreditation, the BSI standard developed in conjunction with the BPIF which recognises the importance of customer service in the print industry.
After carrying out the analysis process and making the relevant corrections, the company was audited over a two-day period. As a print manager, it was its subcontractor evaluation and control processes which came under scrutiny. Matt Spencer of Polestar Applied Solutions says: “We are delighted to have been successful in achieving this award first time. It is always useful to look at your own organisation from a different perspective and it has been a useful process in that respect. We will be able to pass on the benefits to our customers and colleagues as appropriate.
