ISIS Papyrus, the globally most innovative communications and process management software company, is proud to announce at AIIM 2008 four outstanding solutions, that deliver substantial competitive advantage and cost savings. Welcome at our booth #2924.

Innovation in CASE Management
Papyrus offers Closed-loop Case Management to consolidate inbound and outbound business communications in a single flexible platform without programming. Papyrus WebRepository is the central component which defines, controls, version manages the meta-data for all business cases containing data, documents, questions, rules and previous activities. The business process is handled as a simple assembly of user-definable ITEMS in a CASE folder. This enables a holistic view of for example an insurance case while also providing built-in support for the process time-line. User roles model the application use cases. Changes to meta-data in the WebRepository perform a global change of the presentation in the Papyrus WebPortal or PC user presentation of that data-element without deploying Java or .NET programs to servers or PCs.

Papyrus: The Process and Content Platform
The Papyrus Platform is unique in many ways. It consolidates all aspects of ECM, CRM and BPM and Business Rules using the EAI capabilities of Papyrus without the need for complex SOA projects. This can cut project times and cost in half, does not require highly technical people, eliminates hardcoding and provides organizations with AGILITY. The Papyrus WebRepository is the central management environment for application definitions and integrated Security. It is used by analysts to define database and interface models, WSDL WebServices, it empowers the business user to define business rules, process management and document building blocks ONCE and all managed in ONE PLACE. In this simplified business process or case environment there are no more multiple interfaces to be defined and managed.

Innovation – Papyrus User Trained Agent
Papyrus Objects/WebRepository functionality of event-driven, state-controlled business entities enables the User-Trained Agent to learn from user interaction with a business case in real-time and execute the trained functionality without the need for intermediate knowledge engineering. The WebRepository retains all training data received from the user trained agents. The trained business case is a SOA compliant business process that directly interacts with user defined business rules. The UTA enables continuous improvement of business processes, all without the need for complex analysis and rule coding work. The overall cost and time of implementing and maintaining business processes is reduced to ONE QUARTER of the usual state-of-the-art BPM tools. Additionally it does not require IT, BPM or programming skills that are very scarce today.

Integrated inbound and outbound business correspondence
Papyrus software for personalized business documents integrates capture technology to process incoming regular mail, fax and e-mail to achieve complete customer-focused business case automation. Client Response Management and Campaign Management enable tracking and monitoring of all incoming customer correspondence i.e. claims and responses, ensuring that all contact with the customer is relevant and timely. Classification and content extraction from incoming mail is automatic and powerful and links into personalized responses based on trained processes and business rules generated by business users. Business cases are not a process flow but an assembly of information content such as documents, DB-records, emails, phone messages, memos, stickers, questions and answers. Therefore it is essential to handle all inbound and outbound documents in one environment.
