INX to Exhibit Sustainable Flexographic Ink Solutions at INFOFLEX 2026
Friday 10. April 2026 - INX plans to feature innovative and sustainable solutions at the FTAs INFOFLEX 2026. Designed to advance the next generation of flexible packaging, an expanding portfolio of nitrocellulose-free technologies will headline the INX exhibit in booth 912 at the Baird Center in Milwaukee on April 27-28.
One of the nitrocellulose-free ink systems visitors can learn more about is Innova Plus NCF, which supports recyclable structures and delivers consistent lamination performance across multiple applications. INX will also display Genesisô Washable inks, a recycling-enabled solution, and barrier and functional coatings that offer built-in protection to preserve product integrity and support circular packaging design.
“Sustainability should not come at the expense of performance. We recognize it is a core business requirement for many customers and how packaging choices support broader circular economy goals,” states Renee Schouten, Vice President of Marketing for INX.
“The inks and coatings products we will be featuring support our mission of advancing safe raw material selection, improving regulatory compliance, and developing systems which take into consideration recyclable packaging compatibility, renewable-content materials, and energy-efficient curing technologies. Our customers want application-specific solutions, and Innova Plus NCF, Genesis, and others like them deliver real-world results.”
INX Ink Technologies Supporting Recyclability and Regulatory Compliance
As regulatory requirements continue to evolve across western Europe, nitrocellulose-free Innova Plus NCF was developed to help converters maintain reliable lamination performance while preparing for changing compliance expectations. Designed for adhesive lamination, this universal solution delivers superior print quality and reliable consistency across various substrates and packaging formats. Brand owners and converters stand to gain from Innova Plus NCF’s range of benefits, which include robust bond strength and stability, printing clarity, and vibrant colors.
Genesis Washable inks are making a difference by enabling brand owners to achieve sustainable label printing with smarter, product-life circularity. De-inkable from CPET shrink films and floatable with roll-fed OPP labels, there is minimal bleed in the caustic wash solution and a reduced impact on the recycled PET discoloration. This ensures print integrity without compromising performance.
In booth 912, INX technical experts can:
• Discuss your current production challenges and identify practical solutions to maintain print performance and product integrity.
• Evaluate opportunities to improve your consistency, efficiency, and uptime across your printing operations.
• Explore proven approaches to support recyclability and regulatory readiness.
• Provide technical guidance based on real-world converter and packaging applications.
“Our team of technical experts work with converters every day. They troubleshoot press issues, help them optimize performance, and assist with implementing solutions that run reliably in demanding production environments,” acknowledged Schouten, who welcomes attendees to schedule a booth meeting in advance.
“This is the perfect time to talk about the challenges you are facing on press with print consistency and durability, and about evolving recyclability and regulatory requirements. Our experts are available to help and are ready to work through these issues with you.”
