Coveris showcases No Waste vision and ReCover progress at Sustainable Packaging Summit 2025

Coveris, a leading European manufacturer of flexible and paper-based packaging, will present its No Waste activities as well as the latest progress of its closing the loop projects within ReCover at the Sustainable Packaging Summit 2025, taking place from 10th to 12th November at the Jaarbeurs Centre in Utrecht, Netherlands. Visitors can meet Coveris at booth 21 to explore actionable solutions for driving sustainable packaging transformation.
At the heart of Coveris’ sustainability strategy is the No Waste vision: fighting product waste, packaging waste, and operational waste. A central enabler of this ambition is ReCover, Coveris’ recycling business, which is pioneering advanced technologies to keep materials in the value chain and accelerate the transition towards circular packaging.
Turning closed loop into reality
ReCover is scaling up with ambitious targets to recycle 50,000 tonnes of plastic by 2026 and 90,000 tonnes by 2030. Its facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies including de-inking and circular recycling methods that ensure high-quality recyclate feeds back into packaging applications.
Through ReCover, Coveris combines in-house capabilities with strategic partnerships – including food-grade film recycling with Nextek and post-consumer plastics recovery with Interzero – to set new standards for sustainable waste management across Europe.
By uniting innovation, collaboration, and infrastructure, Coveris is accelerating the packaging industry’s transition to a circular economy – fully in line with its No Waste vision.
