ORAFOL presents Climate Protection Solutions and Colored Paint Protection Films at FESPA 2025
Wednesday 09. April 2025 - The focus will be on spectrally selective sun protection films and colored paint protection films. Visitors are invited to find out more about ORAFOLs new products at stand A40 in hall 6.2 from May 6 to 9, 2025 in Berlin.

Product innovation: Spectrally selective sun protection films from ORAFOL
At FESPA 2025, ORAFOL will be presenting the spectrally selective solar protection film ORAGUARD HelioShield to the European market for the first time. This premium solution has been specially developed for retrofitting glazing in interior and exterior areas. Thanks to its high light transmission and excellent infrared reflection, ORAGUARD HelioShield significantly reduces heat build-up in buildings. The product thus regulates temperatures indoors and reduces energy consumption for room cooling. Thanks to the energy savings, both costs and CO2 emissions can be sustainably reduced – without any visible changes to the glazing.
Product innovation: Colored paint protection films from ORAFOL
At the FESPA 2025, ORAFOL will be presenting paint protection films (PPF) in Silver, Black and White. The ORAGUARD PPF2815 series has been specially developed for the protection of vehicle and high-quality surfaces. All products in this series are made of high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane and offer reliable protection against mechanical damage and environmental influences. The hydrophobic coating also provides a lotus effect, which makes cleaning much easier.
Additional service: Cutting software for paint protection films
With special cutting software, ORAFOL enables the precise cutting of paint protection films and optimizes the entire processing procedure. The intelligent cutting technology guarantees precise, economical and efficient processing.
ORACAL 970RA Premium Wrapping Cast: New colors and improved processing
ORAFOL offers ORACAL 970RA Premium Wrapping Cast multi-layer cast high-performance PVC films especially for vehicle wrapping. ORAFOL will be presenting six new trend colors at FESPA 2025.
Stardust Black Sapphire, Stardust Black Emerald and Stardust Black Ruby. The colors Sparkling Citrus Fury, Sparkling Riviera Rush and Sparkling Turbo Turquoise have also been added to the range in a matt finish. This means that the color spectrum of the entire product line now includes 139 color variants. All ORAFOL car wrapping films are optimized for processing on curved surfaces, in beads and over rivets and offer exceptional dimensional stability and durability.
In addition, all color variants of the proven ORAFOL car wrapping films are now equipped with ProSlide technology and are available under the name ORACAL 970RA+. This technology improves the repositionability of the films and enables faster and easier application, making processing even more efficient.
