MBO again honoured as world market leader

Monday 22. November 2021 - For the second time in a row, MBO Postpress Solutions GmbH has been named World Market Leader by WirtschaftsWoche. The two awards were preceded by nominations as World Market Leader Future Champion in 2019 and 2018.

The basis for the assessment is the current World Market Leader Index. This is compiled by the University of Sankt Gallen under the scientific direction of Prof. Dr. Christoph Müllr.
The “World Market Leader” award is based on the following criteria:
1. market leader no. 1 or no. 2 in the relevant market segment
2. annual turnover of at least € 50 million, 50% of which must be achieved abroad and on at least 3 continents
3. company headquarters at least partly in Germany
Thomas Heininger, Managing Director of the MBO Group, is pleased about the award, but emphasises: “Successes like these awards are only possible because we maintain very close and trusting relationships with our business partners and employees at eye level. Together we exchange ideas and develop new products. This is the only way we can grow together and be successful in the market.” The other listed global market leaders include such well-known companies as Adidas, Bayer, Daimler, SAP and Siemens.
