RockTenn Announces Dividend

Monday 28. July 2014 - RockTenn (NYSE:RKT) today reported that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.35 per share on its Class A Common Stock to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 6, 2014.

The dividend, which will be paid on August 19, 2014, represents an annual dividend rate of $1.40 per share.
