We are excited to announce the release on May 26, 2014 of the latest version of P3Expeditor. It is the culmination of feedback and suggestions from our users and a lot of planning, design, development and testing.  In addition to the new features other work has been done under the surface to enhance the system.  More powerful than ever the P3 system makes a difference right out of the gate.
Easy Ordering
SALES
This feature has SPECIAL VALUE for print service providers. Now when you email a Proposal or Estimate to your customer there is a “Click Here to Order” response link in the body of the proposal. Customers click the link and launch an order page with the job details. They can easily create and submit an order.  The transaction updates to the system providing the job order information including quantity, price, purchase orders, cost codes, attached files and more.  The order process is streamlined and provides detailed transaction information.   It couldn’t be easier!
NEW PDF  Generator
Creating and attaching pdf versions of documents can be time consuming and… well… a pain in the neck. Now each time the system creates and sends a document a pdf of that document is automatically generated and attached.  Request for Quotes, Job Briefs, Proposals, Estimates, Job Orders, Invoices, etc.
Preview Features
In addition to the PDF and Order Workflow features described above a number of other changes have been made to the system. In an effort to make it easy for you to preview the new Proposal/Estimate Oredering feature we have a video for your review.
