Monday 19. May 2014 - MMT produced the vinyl via our proprietary Core process - additional vinyl of the wheel itself was also printed and mounted by Prop Art to a thin, rigid substrate that would spin extremely fast without warping over time or wobbling during the spin.

To bring the spectacular to life, a control module was designed and programmed to control the timing and activation of the motor, the brake, and the fog machine. The control module would first activate the motor to start the wheel spinning. Approximately 10 seconds later, the fog machine was started. The spinning wheel and fogger continued for about 1 minute. Then the control module shut off the smoke and activated the braking system to stop the wheel. The board would then remain dormant for about 3 minutes before starting again.
