Wednesday 07. May 2014 - The Royal Brompton, an 1840 Tudor-style hospital, was to be converted into a high-priced luxury residential complex.

The developer wanted people passing by to see what the finished building would look like, so they choose MMT to produce a largescale reproduction of the completed building for display in front of the construction site. It was the first time a residential developer in England used largescale artwork to show a representation of a building design while it was under construction. The finished image even included window cutouts, illuminated at night to add a “lived-in” feel.
