Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. to Increase the Global Price for Its Axilat Dispersion Products for Adhesives and Textile Applications

Monday 31. March 2014 - Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. ("Momentive Specialty Chemicals") is increasing its global price by 100-300 euros per metric ton for its Axilat vinyl acetate monomer based dispersion range of products used in Adhesives and Textile applications.

Driven by increasing raw material costs, this pricing adjustment is effective April 1, or as contracts allow. All other terms and conditions of sale regarding Axilat dispersion products remain unchanged.
