Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. is Increasing Prices for Vinylic Co-Polymers Dispersions in Europe, Middle East and Africa

Friday 21. March 2014 - Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. ("Momentive Specialty Chemicals") is increasing its pricing by 90 euros per metric ton in the Europe, Middle East and African markets for its Axilat Co-Polymer dispersion products used in coating applications.

Driven by increasing raw material costs, this pricing adjustment is effective immediately or as contracts allow. All other terms and conditions of sale regarding Axilat Co-Polymer products remain unchanged.
