By now more than 120 locations all around the globe are printing on any substrate greatly enhancing innovation and realizing design ideas to beforehand unprecedented products.
Sun Studio owners receive great incentives that enable them to produce their orders on the powerful and highly sophisticated machinery, like the Swiss 2030, from IQDEMY. UV LED curing technology employed in the machinery enables power savings, longer lifetime of LEDs in comparison with conventional UV curing, and the ability to print on heat sensitive substrates thus widening their application range. Depending upon the model employed extra heavy substrates up to 400 kg or extra thick panels and the like of up to 200 mm can thus be printed upon.

There, the engineers will test out the material and come back with the optimum formulae for pre- or post-treatment or printing for the client’s substrate – and this at no extra costs for the printer. In addition, the knowledge base encompasses further content all assembled to help printers achieve highest quality while surpassing client’s expectations of the print result.
The unique formulae of IQDEMY’s UV LED inks containing nanoparticles enables highest density even when printing white and other colours. UV LED inks are environmentally friendly and do not contain any VOCs thus enabling production environments without any additional airing systems. The ink manufacturing is constantly monitored in order to maintain quality.
