SUN Studio on the theatre stage

Thursday 31. October 2013 - SUN Studio Novosibirsk executed the exclusive order for The Novosibirsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, one of the biggest theatres in Russia with worldwide popularity. The Art Center manufactured decorations for English music comedy performance "The marriage Bill".

IQDEMY, a group of leading companies uniting the world’s best practices and expertise in the digital large format marketplace, is pleased that one of its SUN Studio franchisees, SUN Studio Novosibirsk has successfully completed an order for stage decorations for the renown Novosibirsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre.
According to the order, national Scottish ornaments (tartan) supplied on cotton fabric (8 sheets measuring 1.5 x 3 meters) had to be printed. SUN Studio Novosibirsk’s production equipment enables printing high quality images on various textiles, among them cotton fabric. The job was executed during several days on material that was provided by the client. After printing the cotton was stretched on the special movable frames established for stage equipment on the theatre stage.
The genre of the play “The marriage Bill” is musical farce in one act. Today, spectators from over the world come to The Novosibirsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre to enjoy the play of talented actors paired with the special atmosphere of English music comedy. Now, the stage decorations, one of the important parts in creating the plays, is produced by SUN Studio.
