PHOTIZO GROUP MOVES BEYOND MPS WITH ADVANCED DOCUMENT SERVICES
Monday 28. October 2013 - At Transform Europe 2013, Photizo Group announced the release of the Advanced Document Services (ADS) model as expanded customer adoption model evolves once again
At its recent Transform Europe event, held in London, England, Photizo Group announced the release of the Advanced Document Services (ADS) model as an evolution in its expanded Customer Adoption Model.
Photizo’s Expanded Customer Adoption Model reflects changes in the current ecosystem. The MPS continuum, originally developed years ago, now expresses Stages 3 and 4 more discreetly as Advanced Document Services (ADS). Advanced document services captures the transformational nature and dramatic impact that refining and redefining business processes can have upon information exchange within the customers’ own ecosystems, and offers customers the opportunity to have a broader discussion around how partners can co-author the transformation of its business to be more agile, more responsive, and more effective in its own value-delivery.
The original Expanded Customer Adoption Model was created based on research with thousands of decision makers throughout the world to best understand what drives real customer value. The rapidly maturing MPS ecosystem has undergone quite a few changes in the last several years and, as partners’ capabilities have advanced, so have customers’ expectations. Photizo has continued to evolve its own thinking in fulfillment of its customer promise to listen intently to the industry, learn what these changes mean to our clients, and lead meaningful transformation through thoughtful application of these insights.
