At Labelexpo, Hall 7, booth 7L75 the UV experts from Hönle show their high-end UV and UV-LED curing units for effective label and narrow web printing, amongst them real classics as the UVAPRINT series or the high-performance dryer pureUV. Further show highlights are the jetCure and LED Powerline series. All Hönle drying systems excel through compact design, high performance and an unique versatility.
Highly efficient: LED Powerline The products of the LED Powerline product family allow a highly inten- sive UV irradiation. They are available in different irradiation widths and wavelengths and can be optimally adapted to any application. Due to its great success Hönle has continued to further develop their LED power- line, always in close cooperation with the customers. Today, the product line comprises of a diversity of process related variants:

As customized as possible: the jetCure-series
UV systems of the innovative jetCure-series allow an outstanding curing result, even at high printing speeds. The reason for this is a double peak intensity to comparable curing units. Equipped with cold mirror reflectors they are still perfectly apt for temperature sensitive materials. Hönle jetCure-dryers are available with lamp spectra to suit specific inks. All units can be supplied in the process related length.
Highly intensive irradiation, low thermal load: the pureUV The Hönle pureUV is a high-performance dryer of the latest generation. Its unique design and patented reflector geometrics prevent a direct radiation on the web. Unwanted IR ranges are accurately filtered out. The perfect choice for a reliable curing of temperature-sensitive substrates, such as different kinds of foils!
Compact and powerful: the UVAPRINT-series
The high-performance UV dryers of the approved and successful UVAPRINT-series are available in many versions. Due to their compact design they are well-suited for inkjet applications.
All you need for UV curing In addition to UV drying units, Hönle offers a huge range of high-tech peripheral devices, from individually manufactured UV lamps to UV measuring units or electronic power supplies.
Brand new: The LED powerdrive is a high-power and highly efficient driver for operating LED units, including comprehensive monitoring and diagnostic functions as well as an instant reaction PLC interface.
Hönle is sharing stand with web-offset specialist PrintConcept – UV-Technologie. Among other things, the member of Hönle Group shows an inert UV curing system for low-migration inks.
