Eastman Board Declares Dividend

Tuesday 06. August 2013 - The board of directors of Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on the company's common stock.

The dividend is payable Oct. 1, 2013, to stockholders of record as of Sept. 13, 2013.
