The scheme which was launched in October 2012 was named Skills Development Programme of the Year at the National Outsourcing Association's (NOA) Outsourcing Professional Awards, which took place at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel on 4 July 2013.

T4T is a bespoke training programme created by arvato UK & Ireland to develop a pool of talented leaders and equip them with the skills they need to support the business’ growth strategy.

New for 2013, the NOA Professional Awards reward individuals and teams who have demonstrated best practice, exceptional business acumen and gone above and beyond in demonstrating that outsourcing works. arvato entered two categories was shortlisted for both.
Melanie Vongswang, Group HR Director at arvato, said: “For a training scheme that’s only in its first year to be named as the industry’s best is a true testament to the hard work and thought that went into devising the Talent for Tomorrow programme. With strong competition from more established training schemes, the fact that the judges were so impressed with T4T is a very encouraging sign for the future development of talent within our business.”
“The credit and success of the programme must be shared with Zoe Liddell and Michelle Phooko from arvato’s Learning and Development team, and Mandy Creswell, Independent Trainer and Facilitator.”
NOA Chairman Martyn Hart said, “The inaugural NOA Professional Awards were designed to recognise the importance of individuals to the development and success of outsourcing within the UK. Outsourcing is well served by a host of talent who are helping to continually drive the industry forwards, as these awards demonstrated.”
