Caldera Company will buy its share of IQDEMY
Wednesday 03. July 2013 - Caldera Company, the world's largest producer of software for large format printers, will become a full partner of IQDEMY Company soon. Recently, the Caldera announced its desire to buy a share in the international company IQDEMY.
Caldera Company, the largest producer of software for large format printers with 20 years of experience in the printing technologies, in the near future will become a shareholder of the company IQDEMY. A few days ago the Caldera has expressed a desire to buy a share in IQDEMY to consolidate the good cooperation with the world’s only consortium in the large format printing market.
Productive interaction of teams of the two companies began in 2009, even before the consortium IQDEMY was created. The main direction for the joint work is the production of software and control electronics for large format printers. These two products, the RIP by Caldera and the control system by DPS Innovations that is also a part of today IQDEMY, unequivocally been recognized by the world experts in the large format printing as the best products. The engineers of the two companies joined forces to optimize their key products and solutions by adjusting them under the specifications of each other. Success of this kit has foreboded a landmark event – the union of Caldera, DPS Innovations, as well as four other leading companies in one international consortium IQDEMY.
Vladislav Mirchev, president of the Consortium, confirmed the purchase the share by Caldera. Future partners expect to complete the deal during FESPA, an international exhibition of large format printing, which will be held in London from 25 to 29 June.
