New Packaging Announcement

Tuesday 02. July 2013 - As you recall, January 3, 2012, Collins released new packaging for all Collins branded HP TIJ cartridges, which contained a gel pad cartridge clip in place of tape, and a vacuum-sealed foil pouch in place of a box.

Collins continually solicits customers for feedback to ensure that the products and service meet, and hopefully exceed, expectations. As a result of customer feedback, we are replacing the foil vacuum-sealed pouch, with a clear plastic vacuum-sealed pouch (see images below). The clear pouch allows users to easily view and identify products without opening the outer packaging and breaking the vacuum seal. We have performed extensive testing on a variety of different clear plastics to ensure that fit, form, and function will remain unchanged. The selected material is durable, impermeable, and easy to open.
We are currently depleting our supply of foil, so you may begin to see the new clear pouch as soon as mid-July.
