solvoprint window-grip ultra clear – the self-adhesive digital print film from Neschen
“solvoprint window-grip ultra clear” is a highly transparent polyester cling film which can be printed with (eco) solvent, latex and UV-curable inks or in an UV offset printing process. Although adhesive-free, it sticks to all smooth surfaces made of glass, metal or other materials. It is ideal for windows or mirrors as well as flat screens. The cling film can easily be applied and removed or repositioned again without losing any adhesive force and without leaving any residue.
“Our new self-adhesive film is the perfect solution for advertising messages, such as during promotions or action weeks,” says Dr Gerhard Dransmann, Head of New Product Development at Neschen AG in Bückeburg. “Printed back-to-front, it can also be used for a shop window advertising message affixed to the inside of the window.”
solvoprint window-grip ultra clear is 125 µm thick and comes in rolls of 30 m x 127 cm. Up to now, such products were to be had almost exclusively for UV-curable ink systems. Using Neschen’s cling film, digital printers can now work with other machines already available to them. An ultra clear cling film of this quality which can be printed with a variety of solvent inks is an absolute first.
The self-adhesive digital print film from Neschen is resistant to water and heat. Furthermore, solvoprint window-grip ultra clear boasts greater “adhesive force” than electrostatic cling films.
Together with its UK partner, ArtSystems, Neschen AG is exhibiting at the Fespa 2013 from 25 to 29 June in London (Stand N75N). The new product solvoprint window-grip ultra clear is the highlight of the Bückeburg coating specialists’ appearance at the fair.
