Staples, Inc. Announces Second Quarter 2013 Dividend

Tuesday 04. June 2013 - Staples, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPLS) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on Staples, Inc. common stock of $0.12 per share.

The dividend is payable on July 18, 2013, to shareholders of record on June 28, 2013.
