Italian agency leverages Elvis DAM integrated with Enterprise
Friday 17. May 2013 - Interlaced is an innovative advertising and communication agency headquartered in Udine, Italy. The company runs no less than 26 local offices all over Italy and works for a variety of brands including one of the biggest Italian large-scale retailers.
Interlaced is using WoodWing´s multi-channel publishing system Enterprise and its editorial management application Content Station for the design and production of flyers any kind. Using the multi-channel text editor in Content Station, each local office can access the system remotely and manage different editions of the flyers. The content can vary based on specific products, prices, discounts and more, but assets such as images, logos and icons are shared between flyers. Leveraging Enterprise and Content Station, the agency produces about 17,000 pages per year in a very efficient and secure manner.
Latest addition: Elvis DAM
To further enhance the file management in this complex distributed setup, the agency recently added WoodWing´s digital asset management solution, Elvis DAM. With its comprehensive set of features for the efficient management of digital assets, its high performance when searching large archives and the capabilities to quickly share assets with remote users, Elvis DAM is Interlaced’s DAM system of choice.
Elvis DAM is also used integrated with Content Station and Enterprise, automatically archiving all assets while preserving the links between layouts, images and copy. Using the Elvis API’s, a Web portal has been built to publish the entire archive. This enables all subsidiaries to perform full-text searches and download single assets or complete flyers in multiple file types, such as InDesign, PDF and various images formats.
