Nordson Corporation Declares Third Quarter Dividend for Fiscal Year 2013

Thursday 16. May 2013 - Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq:NDSN) today announced that its board of directors declared a third quarter 2013 cash dividend in the amount of $0.15 per common share, representing a total distribution to shareholders of approximately $9.6 million. The dividend is payable on June 11, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 28, 2013.

This amount equals the $0.15 per common share dividend paid in the second quarter of fiscal year 2013.
