IIJ launches new high speed version of its digital label module

Friday 19. April 2013 - Industrial Inkjet Ltd is pleased to announce the launch of the new high speed version of its Digital Label Module

Industrial Inkjet Ltd (IIJ), the leading industrial inkjet specialists and official sales and technical support centre for Konica Minolta IJ Technologies, is delighted to announce the launch of its new “i Series” high speed Digital Label Module
The Digital Label Module (DLM) is a complete full-colour digital print system for standard flexo presses. The new “i series” provide a huge jump in print speed and productivity. When fitted to a flexo press the DLM ensures that even the shortest print runs become economic.
The new iDLM provides high quality, full colour digital print on a very wide range of substrates at speeds of 80metres/minute.
A DLM module can be simply fitted to most common flexo presses. It does not restrict the use of flexo on the press. It is normally synchronised to the in-line die-cut or to pre-print on the material.
The unit is compact and economical to buy. It can be quickly installed by IIJ’s staff with minimum down- time.
Modules are currently available for;-
Mark Andy Series 4150, 2200, P series Gallus EM 280 – 410 Nilpeter F and FA series Modules for MPS, Comco, Focus,Webtron can be made on request after model specification.
Print widths are available from 72 to 492mm
Modules are also available to print:- Monochrome Varnish White ink
Security inks The new iDLM supports fully variable data printing including multi-page colour PDF at full speed.
