Datacolor Announces Color Confidence Webinar Series for Color Professionals

Friday 29. March 2013 - Hosted by Datacolor's Senior Application Specialists, the series of five webinars will showcase sources and effects of common color mistakes and best practices to avoid them

Datacolor, a global leader in color management solutions, today announces a series of “Color Confidence” webinars, designed to distribute informative, high-value content to busy color professionals. The series of five, live web-delivered seminars are free to participants and are arranged in schedule-friendly 45 minute segments, allowing ample time for questions and answers.
The weekly webinars, hosted by Datacolor senior application specialists, are structured to guide color professionals out of the productivity-wasting pitfalls that hinder workflow. Guests will interact with specialists who will provide clarity on the complexity of color science, examining color vision and color measurement, and how to best take advantage of both approaches. Each session within the series will explore an aspect of color evaluation, communication and production.
“Through our webinar series, color professionals will learn the techniques and knowledge that will allow them to take control of their color processes,” said Kenny Thomas, Datacolor color technology specialist. “From visual and instrumental evaluations through color design and specification, we’ll expose common misunderstandings and presumptions and identity the best practices to avoid them.”
