Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. Awarded Supplier of the Year by Composites Manufacturer MFG

Monday 24. December 2012 - Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. ("Momentive Specialty Chemicals" or the "Company") today announced that it was recently selected as a supplier of the year by Molded Fiber Glass Co., (MFG) a manufacturer that uses Momentive resins to produce wind turbine blades and other composite products. The selection is based on a scoring by the MFG purchasing team of technical support, quality, cost and delivery performance, coupled with inputs from senior management.

Each year Molded Fiber Glass Companies (MFG) hosts a daylong event that brings together the suppliers who play an important part in the company’s success. The 17th Supplier Recognition Day gathered 22 raw material suppliers and three tooling companies. Two companies were singled out by MFG as co-winners of the 2012 Supplier of the Year award, and Momentive Specialty Chemicals, Columbus, Ohio, was one of those selected. Momentive is a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals and materials, with a range of advanced specialty products for industrial and consumer companies.
