OfficeMax Announces Appointment of Bruce Besanko to USO of Illinois Board of Directors
Tuesday 11. December 2012 - OfficeMax() Incorporated (NYSE:OMX), a leader in office and facility supplies, technology and services, today announced that Bruce Besanko, executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief administrative officer, and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the USO of Illinois. Besanko will join the USO's Finance Committee and serve a three-year term.
